6/1/2017 - BEarFit is pleased to announce it's Summer 2017 Athletic Performance Training program! This 8 week program will run from June 26th thru August 18th and is geared toward the middle school/high school/collegiate athlete. The program includes:

  • Full Body Strength Training
  • Focus on Proper Technique and Execution
  • Exercises Scaled to the Ability of Each Individual Athlete
  • Sport and Team Specific Training

In Addition to the 60 Min Strength Programs, we are happy to announce we have secured the use of Landrigan Field for all of our Speed, Agility and Conditioning Sessions.  These will be run at a separate time and cost from the strength sessions!
