Coach Berry's passion for lifting began at the age of 12 when he began strength training at the local YMCA to help him excel at sports. His love of sports and desire to succeed led him to training at the prestigious gym, Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning; the only gym of its type at that time. He started coaching at the age 20 when he took over as the Offensive and Defensive Line Coach for the Wakefield High School Freshman Football team. While he was training in the gym, several athletes approached him about training for football. This led him to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from Salem State University. While in college he interned and then was hired to work at Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning.
Coach Berry then went on to help co-found the Warrior Strength and Conditioning Program at Wakefield High School, where he worked with high school athletes for four years before moving on to DeSimone Fitness for two years. He decided to take his training expertise and open his own training facility in January 2016—BEarFit Training Systems. He has coached football and indoor track & field, and outdoor track & field at Wakefield High School for 12 years and has coached and trained student athletes to league, state, New England and national championships. Coach Berry is USATF Level 1 certified, is currently studying for his CPPS, and is continually looking to further his education to develop new skills and techniques to help athletes attain their fitness goals.
Coach Berry is passionate about strength and conditioning and is dedicated to helping student athletes reach their athletic goals. He has worked with numerous athletes varying in sport and skill level and prides himself on being able to adapt every workout to the individual needs and goals of each athlete.

All School Year Programs are Approximately 90 Minutes in Length
The Focus of the Programs are as follows;
Flexibility, Mobility, Linear and Lateral Speed Work, Agility, Plyometrics, Strength Training, and Conditioning
Each Workout can be scaled to any individual athletes level and ability so everyone can progress at their own appropriate pace.

(This option is for athlete so play on summer league teams/ which basically continues their in season training as to not run a higher risk of injury from higher level training programs typically offered in the summer)

Tier 1 Is Customized online training
Price is $25 Per Month
This includes a consultation and then 4 weeks of programming made specifically for you based on your goals!
Some Programs may last 4 weeks some may last 12 weeks but you will be billed $25 Monthly and have unlimited access to Coach!
Tier 1 Open Gym Membership
Price is $25 Per Month or $5 drop in Fee
This allows you access to a specialized gym with a capped membership number where you complete your own workouts
Open Hours will be posted weekly and are subject to change! Remember this isn’t a corporate Globo Gym
Tier 2 Is PreMade Month to Month Programming
Unlimited $50 Monthly
This Allows you access to a specialized gym and a PreMade program provided by me.
This Program changes Month to Month and you complete it on your own during open gym hours.
These workouts generally take 1 hour to complete and you are welcome to come and complete these workouts at any time the gym is open. This is a good option for those who cant make scheduled classes but still need assistance in creating a long term program for success.
Tier 3 Custom Month to Month Programming
2 Days Per Week $60 Monthly
3 Days Per Week $75 Monthly
Unlimited $100 Monthly
After a consultation with me I put together a custom program specifically for you and your goals.
You Complete the workouts during open gym hours with my assistance and any adjustments needed.
Program Changes can be made at any time!
