8/31/17 - BEarFit is pleased to announce it's Fall 2017 Athletic Performance Training program! This 8/10/12 week program will run from September 2 thru October 21/November 4/ November/ November 20 and is geared toward the middle school/high school/collegiate athlete. The program includes:

  • Full Body Strength Training
  • Focus on Proper Technique and Execution
  • Exercises Scaled to the Ability of Each Individual Athlete
  • Sport and Team Specific Training
