Fall 2017 Programs

This is a comprehensive strength and conditioning program geared toward the high
school/college athlete that includes: dynamic warm up, speed development, plyometrics, core
strength/stability, and full body strength training customized to the athletes sport with an
emphasis on proper technique and safety.

 
 

3 Day Off-season Program

  • Each session is 1 hour in length
  • Sessions are Saturday 11-12 Monday 715-815 Friday 245-345
  • Lifting & Conditioning
  • Max 15 Athletes 

Payment Options

  • Cash Paid in Full $405 until September 4th then $450 (Save $45)
  • Credit Paid in Full $425 until September 4th then $475 ( Save $50)

2 Day In season Program

  • Days and Times TBD based on schedules
