 Athletic Performance Training 

BEarFit Groups Max 25 Athletes

This will be a comprehensive strength and conditioning program geared toward the high school/college athlete that includes: dynamic warm up, speed development, plyometrics, core strength/stability, and full body strength training customized to the athletes sport with an emphasis on proper technique and safety.

Each session is 1.5 hours in length

  • Sessions Group 1 MWF 430-6PM

  • 11 Weeks 33 1.5 Hour Sessions

  • Speed, Agility, Lifting, Agility

  • Max 25 Athletes

  • Monday April 2nd- Friday June 15th
